Delay Analysis report in Primavera P6: Hide Baseline dates in Delay Event project

We have a report showing Delay Event project and Baseline project.

The Baseline project need to show Baseline date so we can compare Baseline date and Impacted date. However we don’t need to show Baseline date in Delay Event project  which is meaningless and confusing.

However by default, Primavera P6 always shows “something” in Baseline date column:

We can hide those Baseline dates by doing following step:

  • Create an an empty project.
  • Convert the empty project to become a Baseline:

  • Assign the empty Baseline to Delay Event project:

Now the Baseline date in Delay Event project is empty:
